I submitted my first report to DoctorDocs the other day via telephone dictation. All prior reports I've submitted to you over the years were those I dictated into my digital voice recorder and then sent to you as a digital file using the I-Client.

My Olympus DS-330 recently became impaired and began to exhibit symptoms of clinical depression including fatigue and poor job performance.

I am editing the first telephone dictated file now and it was transcribed very well. As always, I'm very happy with the results. I have made the transition to dial-in dictation seamlessly.
